"Small Columns Under the Sea: Ring of Flame" is a domestic animation starring Guo Sheng, Su Yu, Fang Yu, Cao Kai and other actors. It will be produced in mainland China in 2021. The cartoon is directed by Blair Simmons and Zhou Qin, and belongs to the domestic animation genre.

The main line of the story happened after the Pacific Rim volcanic crisis erupted. The members of the small submarine column united as one, embarked on a new volcanic shrimp ship, launched an exciting rescue operation, a feat of saving sea creatures.

The small submarine column is a group of little adventurers active on the seabed. The small column assembled seven partners, including Doctor Pi (penguin), biologist Xie Lingtong (sea otter), cameraman Daxixi (sausage dog), Professor Zhang (octopus), mechanical engineer Tututu (rabbit), and team lieutenant Chi Chi (kitten).

In the story of this film, a sudden eruption of a volcano awakens hundreds of volcanoes on the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, forming the "Ring of Fire", an emergency that quickly turns into a global catastrophe.

The volcanic group that is about to erupt threatens the Cape Island whale washed ashore by the tsunami, the chinstrap penguin living in the volcanic islands, the equipment of the small column repair station, the food grown by the plant fish in the ocean farm...not to mention the animals and plants that live in the crater all year round!

The members of the small submarine column must act separately in the Pacific Ocean, and every second counts, trying their best to rescue those strange marine creatures living around the volcano.
